• We believe that the unchurched matter to God, and therefore they ought to matter to the church (Mt. 28:18-20; Lk. 15:1-31; Jn. 3:16-17; Acts 1:8; Rom. 5:8; Rom. 10:14-15; 2 Cor. 5:18-20).

• We believe that life-change happens best in small groups (Lk. 6:12-13; Acts 2:44-47; 12:12; 20:20; Rom. 16:5; 1 Cor. 16:19; Phile. 2).
