Hey Dear Ones,

We had another amazing summer here at ACC.  God is really working through us to bring our friends and peers to Him.  Amen.

I write this as the summer is winding down.  It always goes so fast, but as I reflect back it is clear that God was working.  We have had several friends baptized this summer after CIY and after camp weeks.  I am so proud of you all.  I can see how you have gotten IT!  I can tell by the way you are living your lives and the way you are sharing your faith with your friends and how you serve and how you love one another.

As you all begin a new school year don’t forget to keep your Wednesday nights open.  I know that Wednesday Night is not always a “mountain top experience” like we get at CIY and at camp.  But the Word of God will be taught and the love of Jesus will be flowing there through the family of God.  And I know that sometimes you guys are going to mess up and sometimes in big ways.  However, that will never change the way I feel about any of you and it won’t change God’s love for you.  And we know we have the grace of God through faith in Jesus to cover us when we sin.  The Bible says that we actually become the righteousness of Christ!  What an amazing plan God implemented for us!  Doesn’t it motivate you to tell everybody?   I mean this stuff just pumps me up!  I want everyone to know that even though we live in this tough old world, we’re not alone.

Jesus said, “And surely I am with you always, to the end of the age.”   He is with us always and He loves us so much.  I want as many people as I can to know that.

I am looking forward to this fall when our weekly youth meetings begin again.  I hope that you continue to bring your friends to hear the gospel message and that you continue to grow in your faith and in your love for our Lord Jesus and for one another.  Please know that I am here for you if you need a listening ear.

In His Service,

Love,

Celeste
